A video of an intoxicated foreigner meandering dangerously in Udon Thani to pick fights with the locals spread like wildfire on social networking sites.

The drunk foreigner's most breathtaking moment on the road was when he stops a car which nearly hits him.

Locals in the video chat about sending him to the tourist police. There's no confirmation whether the man survived his afternoon cutting in front of cars and flipping people off, Bangkok Coconuts reported.
