Two 7-Eleven stores and an Esso gas station were robbed this morning at around 3 am. The lone robber, between 170 centimeters and 180 centimeters in height, threatened store employees with a knife and demanded they hand over the cash in the register before escaping on his motorbike.
The unidentified man got THB3,000 and THB1,800 cash from 7-Eleven stores on sois Ramkhamhaeng 154 and 102. After filling his pocket, he also took three packs of cigarettes and two bottles of soft drinks, Coconuts Bangkok reported.
But the man didn't call it a night. He went on to rob another mini-mart at an Esso gas station on Soi 157 and ran off with another THB1,600 more.
Police are convinced it is the same man who committed the three armed robberies and are tracking him down, reported.
